Are there problems with bt broadband




















SkyUK I am fed up at the total lack of support for my faulty broadband, it is impossible to speak to a person. I'm paying you for it but you can't give me an appointment for weeks. No WiFi. But you want my money. Utter disgrace. Ombudsman next. I have rebooted but still pink.. HELP please.

When my Internet is still down and I've not had any kind of resolution Inexcusable, poor customer service. I never use it…too pricey and all i get is spam calls…every time!!!

So it's now Saturday 13th November, a full 10 days from my promised overnight distribution of a temporary solution for having no internet in my house. How is this possible? I have a lot of time for the people in customer support, they are always polite But I always have to chase things up.
