Her ODH mom reports that Mama-T loves to go outside, and really loves to go for walks — she can hop along slowly — but after just a short way she tires and will face plant.

People that know me know I'm a picky person-we ordered 2 Monday meatball madness blue plates I got green beans and potato salad the sub sent separated meatballs in a container and the roll with cheese-to ensure no soggy buns lol the sides were fabulous I mean seriously probably best I've had around here.

Meatballs and sauce were really good-only thing I would have done different is get provolone cheese instead of american and a bigger roll! Oh and the delivery driver found us without incident only one so far without having to call and or knock on neighbors doors super impressed really truly am. I think I'll become one of your regulars! Killer chef!!! Best lunch in town. Great bbq and affordable prices. Today, mama suggested the steak bomb on a croissant. Absolutely heven. A must try. Great food!! Mama T is the best as my grandmother posted before me she help us on a Sunday when closed. Delicious Texas BBQ! Super smoky flavor and a variety of dipping sauces and delicious sides! We visited twice in one weekend to have the brisket.

Mama T and Dorothy welcomed us back like locals on visit 2 when we were picking up plates to bring home to NJ with us. A must visit! Dorothy was very polite and nice. The food is excellent and authentic. I strongly recommend stopping and trying their food. Get green beans as a side too! You won't be disappointed. Mama Ts catered a party for 50 people. The food was great and hot. Everyone raved and we all overate.

The portion were large I can't say enough except stop in at Mama ts and try for yourself. Hubbardton Fire Department. Nothing beats it. Melt in your mouth cooking!! We called in around 6 on a Tuesday night and they were already sold out of brisket and mashed potatoes, so we went with the pulled pork, cole slaw, potato salad and green beans.

Low and slow is definitely their staple. Absolutely amazing! Mama T, sure knows what she's doing! BBQ is delicious and reasonably priced. Wish there was more tables. Outstanding smoked brisket! This is the real deal, not one of those sugary, ketchup based sauces that pass for barbeque to the masses. Generous portions of meat on the sandwich. Don't be put off by the location in a gas station. If you enjoy smoked meats, you owe it to yourself to try this place. You'll be baaaack! Excellent good.
