According to many feminist sexuality educators and researchers, the G-spot is a collection of spongy tissue that surrounds the urethra, sometimes referred to as the paraurethral sponge or paraurethral glands.
This tissue, which is analogous to the prostate in men, becomes engorged with fluid when a woman is aroused.
